If you encounter any issues, we're here to help. For example, if your lights only illuminate in red, regardless of the gear, it may be due to an incorrect connection of the brake wire (blue line). Simply connect the blue line to the positive/negative pole of the vehicle's brake light, and the issue should be resolved.

Another common query is why the lights shut off after 5 seconds when turned on. This is a memory function, where the system defaults to the state before the last power-off. If you used the remote control to turn off the lights, they will remain in the off state when power is restored. You can simply use the remote to turn the lights back on.

Some users have reported a "dual-zone" issue when attempting to operate the lights. This is a purposeful feature, allowing you to independently control the left and right sides of the lighting setup. To enter and exit the dual-zone mode, follow the instructions for your specific remote control.

If the lights fail to illuminate even when connected directly to the battery, check that the red wire is connected to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal of the engine battery.
